By accessing or using JobNudge ("the Service"), operated by JobNudge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JobNudge is an AI-powered career platform that provides:

• —Real-time job aggregation from 200+ companies across major ATS platforms
• —AI-assisted resume generation and tailoring based on job descriptions
• —Job search and filtering
• —PDF resume compilation and download via LaTeX rendering

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Free & Pro Plans

JobNudge offers a free tier with a monthly credit limit and paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise) with higher credit allowances. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing period.

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing — all sales are final and no refunds are provided under any circumstances.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service. For full details on what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights, please see our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. Resume content is processed by AI models solely for generating your tailored output and is not used to train third-party models.

6. AI-Generated Content

Resumes and content generated by our AI tools are provided as suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated output before using it in job applications or any other context.

JobNudge makes no guarantees regarding employment outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

7. Job Listings & Third-Party Content

Job listings displayed on JobNudge are aggregated from publicly available company career pages and ATS platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. Listings may be removed or changed by the hiring company at any time without notice.

When you click "Apply" on a job listing, you are redirected to the company's external career page. JobNudge is not responsible for the application process, hiring decisions, or any interactions with third-party employers.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the personal information and content you provide to the Service. Content generated by the AI based on your input is yours to use freely. The JobNudge platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of JobNudge.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• —Use the Service for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• —Abuse the credit system or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• —Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's operation
• —Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained from the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JobNudge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to JobNudge in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
