Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Window

JobNudge offers a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below. Refund requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be issued if the following conditions are met:

  • A core paid feature of JobNudge is not functioning as described (e.g., AI resume generation fails, PDF export is broken, or paid features are inaccessible)
  • You have reported the issue to us at support@jobnudge.tech with a description of the problem
  • We are unable to resolve the issue within 1 business day of your report

If we fix the issue within 1 business day, no refund will be issued as the service has been restored to working order.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Outside of the eligibility criteria above, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (results vary by input)
  • Failure to use credits or features during the billing period
  • Issues caused by user error, incorrect input, or third-party services outside our control

4. Try Before You Buy

We encourage all users to fully explore the free tier before making any purchase. The free plan includes limited monthly credits so you can evaluate the quality of our AI resume generation, job search capabilities, and overall platform experience before committing to a paid plan.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Subscription section in your JobNudge account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your account will revert to the free tier when the billing period ends
  • Cancellation alone does not qualify for a refund

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, email support@jobnudge.tech with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • A description of the issue, including screenshots if possible

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and attempt to fix the issue. If we cannot resolve it within 1 business day, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges, charges after cancellation), please contact us at support@jobnudge.tech with your payment details. Billing errors will be investigated and corrected regardless of the 14-day window.

8. Acknowledgment

By making any purchase on JobNudge, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this refund policy. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
